Hotel Tour celebrates exceptional renovations in 2018

Back in October, hoteliers from across the State gathered to shine a spotlight on three recently renovated hotels.

“…the tour commenced at the Red Brick Hotel in Woolloongabba which has received a multi stage renovation by long term owners, the Hakfoot family after bringing the management of the pub back in-house. Albert utilised the expertise of Mark Shulman and his team at Paynters to deliver his vision of bringing the hotel back to its former glory uncovering layers of plaster and history to reveal the charm of the original brick pub. Seeking to create a niche venue within the area, a warm traditional pub with a great bar and dining to suit the needs of their local custom.”
