Minister for Communities pops into West Gladstone project for a tour

Last week our Gladstone team played host to Hon Leeanne Enoch, Minister for Communities and Housing on our Philip Street project.

The Central Queensland project team were privileged to show off the progress on the Communities and Families Precinct, which will play a pivotal role in supporting and protecting community wellbeing & fostering social inclusion.

Once operational, the facility will offer a unique opportunity for service providers and community groups to move beyond co-location to a true partnership model.

On site, another milestone has been reached, having completed roofing, services rough in & civil packages. Landscaping is in full swing with pathways coming together, and external cladding on building 1B to move forward in the coming fortnight.
