Paynters branding pops up in Melbourne

Paynters is currently completing the insurance rectification works in a heritage building on busy Hampton Street, Melbourne, after the commercial tenancy was gutted by fire in early 2018.

This project has gone through a rigorous approval process as the building required a number of code compliance upgrades, whilst maintaining the strict heritage prerequisites implemented by the Local Governing Council.

Works completed to date include all demolition activities, reinstatement of the roof and subsequent framing on level one, services rough in and external works in preparation for the extension to the rear of the property.

Construction activities commenced onsite in May this year with a target completion date of August 2020.
