Repairs begin after hailstorm strikes brand new Kingsborough Apartments

Our Canberra team are busy working on the early stages of remediation works to roofs and facades on 13 different buildings, with a mix of unique styles.

Speaking with the Project Manager, they have mentioned that this project is not without its challenges, with buildings having been built without any means of roof access. The project a fully occupied apartment development, requiring detailed co-ordination with owners to work above and around their homes.

We are currently working closely with a team of consultants, who are carrying out investigations to support our methodology for the proposed works, we will then mobilise quite quickly to rectify the damage.

Commencing on the project last month, Paynters were engaged after the Canberra hailstorm that caused severe damage to the region.

Construction is due for completion in the first quarter of 2021.
