Taking the office to the site!

In the lead up to International Women’s Day, Project Manager (and site tour guru) Bryan Beilby escorted the women of Paynters down the road to Milton State School for a visit of the new Junior Learning Centre currently under construction.

Bryan spoke candidly about the project, its progress, challenges, and the reasoning behind some of the innovative methods used on site; which is largely constrained by a myriad of underground infrastructure culverts.

Some of our team don’t often get the chance to visit our operational sites, so it was a valuable opportunity for them to see how their role within our company supports the creation of infrastructure across the State. Past site tours have inspired our tradition office based personnel to re-think their career paths, like our former Receptionist Hannah Ockendon who is now an onsite HSEQ Coordinator in training.
