Trip to Saigon

Paynters have commenced on site, after a recent fire ravaged the ground floor of the popular Vietnamese Restaurant, Saigon Bowl in Strathfield, Sydney.

The fire destroyed the kitchen and then spread, causing significant damage to the tenancy above. Paynters Sydney team have been engaged to demolish, decontaminate, and restore to its pre-fire state.

The project is located on an incredibly busy street, creating a lot of logistical challenges in relation to moving material to and from the site, and accessing the exterior of the building.  We have applied our know-how in order to identify a building methodology that will allow the works to proceed whilst protecting the public and tenants.

We look forward to bringing this commercial space back to a clean shell, ready for another tenant to occupy.
