Warrina takes shape after months of rain delays

Innisfail’s biggest private development (ever!) has finally received a kickstart from our Cassowary Coast team, with our crew progressing with the basement slabs this week.

Retaining walls have been built and waterproofed. The team are on track to have the basement slab all finished by the end of September, pouring segments every second or third day.

Next week we will be starting on activities for the ground level including; strip footings, retaining walls and filling for the building pad and  slab on ground.

Paynters have arranged a temporary, demountable laundry for Warrina to use, whilst refurbishing their existing laundry.

The project is due for completion September 2020.
