Aged Care & Supported Living

This two level building interfaces beautifully with Stage 3, forming a hub of care and accommodation to delight resident and families alike.

Paynters have master planned this site so that the new buildings (Stages 1, 2, & 3) have been designed to work with, and optimise the natural contours of this magnificent country setting, as well as take advantage of the northern aspect.

Our relationship with the Cooinda Board and Management over the past eight years means that there is a strong and respectful relationship that has facilitated the site planning evolution to be reflective of the reform agenda and feedback from the local community. Stage 4 building design reflects a large country residence, with open verandahs, a perfusion of natural light and ventilation, high ceilings in communal areas and visual variety to engage all who live within these precincts. It works in sync with Stage 3 externally so that both buildings while having a uniqueness about them, also have similarities which speak to the other.

Stage 4 includes a healthy ageing and physical therapy centre, a beauty therapy clinic, and multi functional centre which opens to the outdoors. This space can be enlarged as required, or more intimate spaces created as a result of creative design. It has a number of care suites and care apartments, the design of which has been further enhanced as a result of the positive response to the Stage 3 Care apartments.
