Paynters have collaborated with not only the client, but with other stakeholders including the Commonwealth Games Unit and the Gold Coast City Council in order to develop an iconic community focussed building that has become the jewel in the crown of a revitalised Broadbeach area.

Located in the middle of the Kurrawa-Pratten Parkland, the iconic facility offers patrons three (3) storeys of architectural excellence. With a Supporters Club featuring 80 gaming machines, expansive dining lounge areas for well over 400 patrons, and outstanding 230 degree views of Kurrawa Beach, it’s no wonder it’s become the place to dine! The Club provides a stylish, central bar with a dedicated café seating area, with all areas in view of the breathtaking Gold Coast coastline.

The club has also strategically placed a ground floor café which spills out into a spacious public forecourt area. This serves to activate the front club entrance as well as creating a strong connection between the beach access, club entry and the foot traffic from the popular Kurrawa Pratten Parkland. The Parklands was one of the major “live sites” for the Games where people were able to watch events on large screens as well as live concerts and entertainment. The façade, from any angle offers a spectacular view, complemented by the stunning beach views.
