With Paynters having completed a number of smaller projects for the club over the past 5 years it was only fitting that the Board engage Paynters to prepare a masterplan that integrated all of their current land assets. Paynters have partnered with the RSL to not only improve the current facility, but to provide an RSL that the Redlands community can be proud to call their own.
The strategic vision of the Board and Management was clear in outlining its requirements for future growth, timing of the project and proposed staging of the project to align with forecasted cash flow. Stage 1 involved relocating and consolidating administration, as the existing group with this land becoming part of the Stage 2 development.
The new administration area consists of a state of the art Board Room. uniform room, reception and office area for management. Stage 1 also includes additional floor space within the dining area to accommodate smaller private functions up to 30 people. Stage 2C is now in design phase, with additional increased space of 890sqm, which includes major upgrades to electrical and mechanical services along with new bulk storage & loading bay ramp, along with new multipurpose function room, kitchen and bar facilities.
