A Refreshing Refurbishment

Over the last few months, Paynters has been creating a new tenancy for the Townsville Housing Service.

Located on the ground floor of an occupied office building, the internal fitout works included the construction of new meeting rooms, wellness rooms, quiet rooms, interview, and breakout areas.

The space we have created is open plan and adaptable, for the ever-changing working environment.
