The Residences at Brookfield Green is part of a master-planned community designed exclusively for seniors. The new facility offers world-class memory-assisted living spaces, palliative care and respite services, thus ensuring support for individual needs.

This brand new development, constructed by Paynters includes 96 hotel-style rooms with private ensuites, plus exclusive use of facilities including Plume Salon, Bannerfield Private Dining, Rafters Café, a new kitchen & laundry, and a Chapel.

The facility, built over four stories is nestled in the sought-after outer-Brisbane suburb of Brookfield. The new building encompasses a 16-bed Special Needs Unit, a 16-bed Step Down Unit (caring for people with non-wandering behaviours who have a diagnosis of dementia), and 64 High Care beds, which have been designed to optimize the lovely bushland outlook.

Our specialist Aged Care and Supported Living team have been working closely with our long-term clients at Carinity since initial Site Master Planning commenced in 2012. The final result has truly exceeded expectations, as the Paynters team bring to life innovative ‘country  living’ for seniors in an idyllic rural setting.
