Paynters are currently managing the delivery of insurance rectification works for the Cathedral Place apartments, with the team working around the clock (literally)!

The project involves staged, complex roof replacements and structural upgrades to 8 residential towers in inner-city Brisbane after a severe storm hit the residences.

We captured some night works action in the wee hours of this morning, which involved crane lifts for the impressive 26.8-meter roof sheets. With the building bordered by two of Brisbane’s busiest streets (Ann & Wickham), the lifts were conducted after hours to ensure minimal disruption to city traffic flow and local transport.

The materials are now safely on site for the final building, where Paynters are continuing to meet project milestones to restore Cathedral Place to its former glory.
