Constructing housing pathways for those who need it most

Designed and documented by Paynters, the Booval Social Housing project is progressing extremely well, in line with the original timeframe.

The affordable housing project, funded by State Government offers 12 units (11 x 1 bed, 1 x 2 bed apartments) within the Liveable Design Guideline standards.

Documented from scratch, the 3-storey apartment building posed some challenges that come with a very tight site, leaving it to our ever-talented Design Managers to get creative. The design offers an effective apartment layout, with all obtaining cross ventilation & practical living spaces.

Currently, rough in and steel stud framing is well underway with the roof being completed 2 weeks ago. External finishes have progressed well, internal walls are being lined and fresh paint is rolling on as we speak!

Project is due for completion later this year.
