Gold Coast Youth Foyer // Project Update

The proposed Gold Coast Youth Foyer is forging ahead, with a busy schedule of activities including tree removal and stripping of topsoil, commencing civil earthworks for the site.

This greenfield construction will see 40 single occupancy self-contained units constructed for vulnerable young people between the ages of 16 to 25; providing residents with a safe and stable living environment.

Similar to the recently completed Jacaranda House project, Paynters will be utilising its own workforce of apprentices to complete elements of the works such as the footings. Providing essential training and skills for the next generation of tradespeople.
