“The world is changing fast and the old rules no longer apply” – DWF

Here at Paynters we are constantly challenging the idea of “this is how we’ve always done it” & improving practices in our business in order to evolve, safety and safety culture is no exception.

This morning, our HSEQ Manager, and Master Builders Safety Committee chairperson Daniel Dunne joined a panel of professionals to discuss the importance of planning when it comes to a safe work environment.

The Master Builders Breakfast Club Series is a fantastic open forum to chat with construction industry individuals and businesses. The panel provided expert advice on the importance of incorporating safety into the planning stages of construction projects, and how to do this effectively. Covering topics such as documentation, communication strategies and new technologies available within our industry.

For Paynters, its not just our HSEQ employees that are passionate about these topics. Each person has their role to play in the process of a project and we are proud to be overachievers & have someone like Dan to be able to share this knowledge & insight to the Queensland construction market.
