Interiors, the final touch

Our interiors team were busy on site in Innisfail last month, adding the finishing touches to the brand-new 64-Bed Warrina Aged Care Facility by installing all furniture, fixtures, and equipment (FFE) items.

Extending beyond our building and design capabilities, Paynters offer a unique turnkey solution by providing in house Interior Designers who specialise in aged care, offering a complete full commission package of FF&E items. This service includes the selection, procurement, on-site delivery and placement of furniture, window furnishings, artworks, and décorative items. Everything down to the bedspreads!

To create a cohesive design, the curated selection of artwork pieces and colourful upholsteries were carefully considered at Warrina, to complement each of the 4 wings’ unique identifying themes and incorporate strong wayfinding cues throughout the facility. Vibrant and ‘homely’ elements were added through every detail, bringing the whole story together in an effort to create a comfortable, engaging, and inviting space for the residents, staff and visitors to enjoy.

Interior Design Manager, Katherine McDonnell and her team were able to manage all aspects of the FF&E scope for Warrina, off the back of successful FF&E outcomes for Murroona Gardens, Carramar Stanthorpe and Prins Willem.

“It’s always a pleasure for Paynters to be awarded the FF&E as the final piece of the puzzle. To be involved in a project from conception to completion ensures continuity of design and gives the client confidence that they will see their vision come to life the way they intended.” said Katherine.

“Being involved in this process gives our team the experience to provide our current and future clients with the best possible aged care solution.”
