The Paynters Cadet team geared up for their first official site visit at Kelvin Grove State College yesterday.

Resident Project Manager Bryan Beilby gave the team an extensive introduction to this major project, as well as the opportunity to explore the site and gain insight into the program of works ahead.

Paynters are passionate about ensuring our Cadets have as much interaction with site works as possible, as they learn the ins and outs of the commercial construction process. We are proud to have employees like Bryan on board, who provide strong leadership and guidance for the future brains of our industry!

The Paynters Cadets will be visiting the site frequently throughout the construction period, monitoring the project progression from site establishment, all the way to handover.

Upon completion, the project is set to provide new infrastructure for the school community, which encompasses a New Multipurpose Sports Hall & Learning Centre, GLA facilities as well as the purpose-built Qld Ballet Academy Building.
