Paynters Off to a Flying Start with City of Gold Coast

Paynters is incredibly excited to be partnering with the City of Gold Coast to deliver the highly anticipated Broadbeach Community Precinct, with construction due to break ground in the coming weeks!

The project will involve a complete revamp of the current Albert Waterways Community Centre (located near Pacific Fair), expanding the existing community hall to include several new meeting rooms and spaces for hire, rehearsal rooms, an improved foyer and new toilet facilities. The Life Education Centre will also undertake refurbishments as well as receive additional offices which will be available for lease to not-for-profit organisations and community groups. The precinct will receive additional carparking facilities and well as some further landscaping works. The project as a whole is set to improve integration and accessibility with other existing community infrastructure and surrounding public parklands.

As the head contractor, Paynters is really looking forward to seeing this community driven facility come to life in the coming months. The project is expected to generate over 100 direct jobs over construction lifecycle, with Paynters ensuring local procurement is at the forefront.
