Paynters are currently providing on the job training and support for our carpenters and apprentices, with the installation of wall frames and trusses at the Pittsworth Aged Care facility.  Under the guidance of Site Foreman Corey Bone, our carpenters, Lachlan Doyle, Zack Martin & Ricky Bull, alongside apprentices Nick Duffy & Byron Sinnerton, have been applying both old and new skills over the last two weeks.

Both Zack & Ricky have come through the ranks as apprentices here at Paynters. Lachlan Doyle, another standout Carpenter, joins them as they finalise the timber frame and trusses construction on the regional aged care project.

Foreman & mentor to the team, Corey Bone mentions “The boys are all doing really well on site. They gel well & are just happy to learn and adapt to the environment – minus the endless flies!”

After the Pittsworth project, the team will head to the Department of Public Housing project at Loganlea, installing the roof trusses and completing all the internal carpentry works.
