Throwback Thursday! // Kedron-Wavell Services Club

Talk about going back through the archives! This Courier Mail newspaper clipping from the late nineties has surfaced and features now retired Paynters Project Manager, Henry Hermann talking through the masterplan with former Club President Fraser Allom.

As the article states “One of Queensland’s largest gaming clubs is being transformed into a glitzy entertainment venue, with a Las Vegas-style façade.” Paynters completed the impressive external façade which Mr Hermann labelled “absolutely spectacular”.

This beautiful relationship between Kedron-Wavell Services Club and Paynters commenced in the mid 80’s and is still flourishing 33 years later. Late last year Paynters Hospitality team completed new additions to the Club with the introduction of the Bravo Bar, Lounge and Brewhouse!  We look to many more spectacular projects with the Kedron-Wavell team in the years to come!
