When excavators fly!

Nope, that’s not your eyes playing tricks on you, that’s an excavator *safely* flying high over the buildings at our Salem Lutheran Services project earlier this week.

An excavator was required to complete the central courtyard works, which was completely land locked by the existing buildings on the site.

It’s not every day that the residents get to see this kind of activity, literally in their backyard. The large plant in the courtyard will enable the construction of a new deck to the Central Courtyard. Additional redevelopment works include the demolition and reconfiguration of the respite room, excavation of a new lift shaft inside an existing building, and fit out of a new salon, medical room, café and doctors consult areas.
