Caxton Hotel, Paddington

Situated in the heart of the iconic Caxton street, one of Brisbane’s most beloved pubs recently underwent a refurbishment to replace the tired yellows & oranges that saturated the current space.

Paynters specialist Interior Design Manager was introduced to the Hotels’ charm & produced a result that publican Ross Farquhar calls refreshing & inspiring.

Drawing upon the original features of the building our Interiors team managed to create a vibrant, welcoming space that included the refurbishment of the existing restaurant & cauldron bar, timber cladding, a lick of paint and renovated amenities on the ground floor. The most intriguing feature of all would be the sporting memorabilia that wraps the cauldron bar, tying in the location and connection to local favourite, Suncorp Stadium.
