Culture Kings Warehouse, Acacia Ridge

After a devastating fire broke out in January 2017, Paynters were tasked with the rebuild of International streetwear brand Culture Kings’ head warehouse located in Acacia Ridge, Brisbane.

This severe fire caused significant damage to the facility, and with nothing left salvageable, the Paynters team were on site to commence the demolition of the remaining structure. Starting from scratch with a slab on ground and some low level pre-cast panels, our team delivered the impressive construction of the new Culture Kings 3500m2 warehouse and adjoining front office space including office fit out, male & female amenities, PWD and WC.

The structure was constructed using a number of large tilt panels, with the heaviest being 32 tonne.
