The Rosella Park Special School project includes the demolition of the existing administration building and its replacement with a new facility. The works also included a new school drop off zone, car parking facilities and extensive landscaping. The entire project was staged over five (5) separable portions.

Located in Central Gladstone, the school provides a specialized curriculum in a supportive environment for students with moderate to severe intellectual impairments. Due to the unique nature of the project, Paynters were required to ensure unimpeded access for students and staff at all times. The staging of the project allowed the school to continue normal day to day operation without impacting on access and egress requirements. The project team worked closely with school officials, ensuring frequent communication was maintained.

The result is a state of the art upgrade for the Rosella Park School community to enjoy.
